A lot has happened since I posted last, and lots more is about to happen:
- the Ardmore project finished for this year with a second book launch, this time a collection by adults about their childhood memories. I hope to continue this lovely work next year with the support of Waterford Arts Office;
- my UCC writing courses, Finding Your Voice and The Next Step, are just finishing up, and a collection of their work will be launched in Douglas Library on Thursday December 19th. There'll be wine and mince pies and festivities, and readings of the new work - all are welcome!
- I'm in the middle of working with some amazing young writers in Kilkenny to relaunarty the youth poetry journal Rhyme Rag, supported by Kilkenny arts office;
- I'm reading at two arts events for charity in the next few weeks, all are welcome to both: on Dec 2nd at 7.30pm I'll be reading at a short film launch in the Kino, and on the 5th for Penny Dinners in UCC g27 (ORB) at 6pm.
