Presentation of worldwide teenage anthology of poetry STEALING SHAKESPEARE'S PENCIL to President Michael D. Higgins in Aras an Uachtarain, Dublin! Our team of young editors from Gardiner's Hill School will accompany us to make the presentation, and we'll then travel around Dublin presenting the book at various arts organisations.

Never Too Old, Never Too Young: free writing workshop for grandparents and grandchildren aged 8 and uo in Civic Trust House as part of BEALTAINE festival. See Cork News for more details. Book a place through this site or by contacting Tigh Fili.
May 19th:
Reading and music by the young creative writing group of Colaiste an Phiarsaigh school, Glanmire, in the Thomas Davis Room of GRAND PARADE LIBRARY at 10am - all welcome. We'll be selling their book, WHY CAN'T YOU WRITE SOMETHING HAPPIER (named after comments from parents!), at the event.

The Sunday Circle will meet next in Camden Palace Hotel, Camden Quay, on Sunday May 27th from 12 to 2pm. All welcome, donation only, feel free to bring work to show or just come and have a space to do some writing in.
