The text is an excerpt from the long heteroglossic piece 13.12.18 which I've been making to investigate the silencing and erasure of women from Ireland's history. '13.12.18' is the date on which the new abortion legislation bill passed in the Seanad, meaning that it would become law and that some - but to this day, not all - people needing abortions could access them in Ireland at last.
